Medical, Dental, Vision Administration
CNIC provides third party administration for employee benefit plans offering medical, dental, and vision benefits. CNIC's goal is to provide the highest level of single-point-contact customer service to our clients by providing accurate, personalized service.
Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Local and national PPO fee schedules are loaded onto CNIC's administrative system. Fee schedule re-pricing occurs systematically and eliminates third party re-pricing.
Coordination with Stop-loss Carriers Our internal systems allow us to provide timely information regarding diagnosis and expected future claims to the Stop-Loss carrier or Plan Administrator. Having this information readily available is critical in evaluating Stop-Loss bids, and Specific and Aggregate thresholds.
Case Management Through our integrated claims system and our strategic partnerships with select PPO's and PBM's large claims are identified early in the treatment process.
Hospital and Provider Bill Negotiation CNIC negotiates provider and hospital bills for non-PPO providers.
Disease Management CNIC and it's preferred partners provide assistance and education for claimants with targeted diseases to maximize benefits and services resulting in improved health.
High-Risk Pregnancy CNIC and its preferred partners provide assistance, education, and empowerment to positively affect high-risk pregnancies.
Flex Administration/Section 125 CNIC offers FLEX claim processing and check issuance. We also assist with the generation of information required each year by the IRS and Department of Labor, and maintenance of spending account records for reports to participating employees.
Proactive Outbound Calls CNIC randomly calls members assuring ID card receipt and to answer plan questions.
Employee ID Cards, Plan Booklets, and Printing CNIC will custom design ID cards for employers and print two ID card(s) for each covered employee (includes family members). Plan booklets are produced in our office using industry-approved software.
CNIC will assist our clients in locating and implementing PPO networks that best suit their needs. We currently work with local and national PPO networks across the United States. CNIC re-prices internally for these networks.
Liability Insurance CNIC maintains Professional Liability, Errors and Omissions coverages, and is Bonded providing protection and assurance.
