Physician Access and AvailabilityCNIC will assist our clients in locating and implementing PPO networks that best suit their needs. CNIC offers direct access to national PPO's representing more than 345,000 providers and more than 3,000 hospitals. CNIC also administers claims for any local or national provider networks.
Provider network fee schedules are loaded directly into CNIC's system, streamlining the claims flow process. Fee schedule re-pricing occurs systematically and eliminates third party re-pricing and the resulting payment delays and lost claims. This unique arrangement offers the self-funded employer access, savings, and flexibility.
Finding A Provider
You can use the links below to access a network provider for your Plan or confirm that your provider is in your Plan's network. Refer to your ID card for the name of the provider network with which your Plan is affiliated.
Since provider affiliations change, it is important to identify to your provider the name of your Plan's network when the appointment is made and to present your CNIC ID card before services are provided.
Rocky Mountain Health Plans ASO Select Network
If your plan is affiliated with the ASO Select Network, click on RMHP ASO provider directory to access the ASO Select Network Provider Directory. Be sure to select the ASO Solutions product under Contract Information to see providers participating for your plan.
Cofinity ( formerly Sloans Lake Managed Care)
If your plan is affiliated with the Cofinity network, click on www.cofinity.net to access the Cofinity provider directory
Private Health Care Systems (PHCS)
Click on www.multiplan.com to obtain information about PHCS providers. Please refer to your ID card to determine which of the PHCS networks your Plan uses - PHCS PPO, or PHCS Healthy Directions.
