If you have questions regarding your coverage, benefits, or claims, please feel free to contact us. Click on the Contact Us link for telephone numbers and addresses. You can send e-mail to us at customerservice@cnichs.com. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:30am until 6:00pm (MST). During business hours, we respond to most e-mail within an hour.

	Explain your coverage and benefits and answer questions about your plan
	Enter address or telephone number changes
	Help you check for a contracted provider in your area
	Check status of a claim

Please remember, if you have to make any changes to your eligibility, such as adding or terminating coverage for yourself or a dependent, you need to check with your plan sponsor (usually your employer).

On-line access to claim, eligibility, and benefit information!
You can obtain claim, eligibility, and benefit information when it's convenient for you by using the internet. Simply click on secure.healthx.com. Log in using your confidential user name (usually firstname.lastname format) and password (initially your Enrollee Number without dashes). Be sure to change your password to protect the confidentiality of your information. If you have not yet received your user name and password, please contact your employer's Benefits Administrator to obtain them.

You can use the site to view eligibility information, claim status, deductibles, copays, benefit limits, and amounts paid. A future enhancement will allow you to view and print copies of the Explanation of Benefits forms for paid claims
